If Donald is the nominee, that’s sure a ‘grave mistake’. But Cruz will still support him; for what? The party’s sake? As dangerous as Trump might be, it’s seems there’s no denying: he’s who the people want, you see, so, Teddy, stop your crying! WHY would you throw support behind someone you recognize to be a ‘grave mistake’ and has nothing that qualifies him to become our leader?? (would you give a Bugatti to an untrained, reckless speeder?). Mitch says that he will block a Trump-led nomination. It’s nothing more than just a crock when Mitch lies to the nation. When politicians huff and puff and threaten “we the people”, it’s like they think that they’re “hot stuff” and we’re just lowly “sheeple”. Well, here’s a news flash, Marco (and anyone who panders): you’re gonna see a lot of votes get cast for Trump and Sanders! We’re sick of politicians who lie and steal and cheat, while they carve out a lush career and suck off taxpayers’ teat! -RKO- #198 02-29-16

A Legal Question
Clinton won a landslide! She must be so delighted! Will she become the nominee before she is indicted? If she becomes the President through strategy and stealth [and then she’s sent to jail], can she pardon herself? –RKO- #197 02-28-26
Censored
I wrote this just the other day and tried to buy an ad. But Facebook Ads would “not approve” because one word was “bad”. So, I’m submitting it again, and I’m going to suppose, that Facebook will “approve” it now, since I’ve cleaned up my prose. I’m sure that as you read this (assuming it’s ‘approved’) you’ll find the single word I changed, and hope that you’ll be moved:
Katie talked with Jane today; they talked about our nation. It was ‘vanilla’ – almost ‘gray’ – a civil conversation. There were no “gotcha” moments, no epic scenes to steal. No need for watching Katie’s guest spit, sputter, squirm or squeal. Katie puts everyone at ease, and – much to our relief – she doesn’t have to pander (please!) about ‘boxers or briefs’. She sticks to the important stuff with dignity and class instead of trying to look tough or trying to be crass. She treated Jane respectfully; the interview went swell. And viewers gained some insight into Jane’s own thoughts, as well. It took me back almost eight years, to things that Sarah said, when Katie asked about her fears and all the books she’d read. Yet, even in that interview, while Katie was persistent, her inner-ego always knew she must not be indignant. Unlike so many “journalists” who dabble in ‘sensation’, Katie portrays the optimist; rejects intimidation. -RKO- #194 02-25-16
So, have you guessed which word I changed? Which word was so offensive? This was about Katie and Jane, and nothing apprehensive. It was a [darn] fine interview of mutual respect. And so much more professional than we’ve come to expect from “journalists” who like to shock with peppered innuendos. The conversation Katie had with Jane deserves some Kudos! -RKO- #196 02-27-16
Scuffle: the metal of these “men”
The little boys were at it again; they all showed up to fight. And, much to voters’ sad chagrin, no one had too much bite. Like panicked little spoiled brats, they picked on Trump all night – as if to prove to all of us that’s how his ‘wrongs’ aren’t ‘right’! It’s obvious not one of them has any proven metal. There’s not one ounce of character or substance they can settle. The only thing close to the truth that came from this “debating” is when “The Donald” said he knew he’s there just for the ratings! -RKO- #195 02-26-16
Katie Couric – Journalist ‘Extraordinaire’
Katie talked with Jane today; they talked about our nation. It was ‘vanilla’ – almost ‘gray’ – a civil conversation! There were no “gotcha” moments, no epic scenes to steal. No need for watching Katie’s guest spit, sputter, squirm or squeal. Katie puts everyone at ease, and – much to our relief – she doesn’t have to pander (please!) about “boxers or briefs”. She sticks to the important stuff with dignity and class instead of trying to look tough or acting like an ass! She treated Jane respectfully; the interview went swell. The viewers gained some insight into Jane’s thoughts, as well. It takes me back almost eight years to things that Sarah said when Katie asked about her fears and all the books she’d read. Yet, even in that interview, while Katie stayed persistent, her ego seemed it always knew it must not be indignant! Unlike so many “journalists” who dabble in sensation, Katie portrays the optimist – rejects intimidation! -RKO- #194 02-25-16
Feel the Love
Trump loves the “poorly educated’; Hillary loves Hispanics. Candidates love everyone, from doctors to mechanics. They’ll love anyone they see who might be their proponents. Seems the only ones they hate are all of their opponents! -RKO- #193 02-24-16
Allen Sherman Would’ve sung it this way…
Hello, Mama Hello, Dadda. Donald Trump has won Nevada. This is very entertaining; and it looks like Ted and Marco won’t be gaining! -RKO- #192 02-23-16
What the World Need Now is Hate, true Hate
Republicans hate Democrats; the Nazis hated Jews. The Christians hate the Muslims and Marco hates Ted Cruz! The media hates everyone, and – these days – black hates white. We all hate sleazy lawyers and “ladies of the night”. Our Congress hates Obama; the poor hate all the wealthy. We hate gay guys and lesbians, and see our hate as ‘healthy’! We carry guns because we hate those folks who might hate us. Hate spreads all over Facebook where hate’s anonymous! Americans hate Islam; we claim that we hate war. We hate how we waste TRILLIONS to kill those we hate more. We hate TV commercials; we hate our wife’s best friend. We hate our next-door neighbor; we hate the homeless, and we love to hate just anyone whom we perceive to be not quite as “white” or “rich” or “smart” or “good” as you and me! We hate some unknown driver, or posts of Twitter’s page; and as that hate consumes us, it quickly turns to rage. We hate a deranged killer – and some of us hate cops – but all this hate won’t dissipate until the planet stops. Too bad we can’t take all this hate and put it all behind us, replacing it with love, respect and basic human kindness. Too bad two thousand years ago a child came from Above, and – as He grew – He tried to tell the world why it needs love. Too bad our hearts have tarnished, our silver coins have glistened. Our egos hate to hear it, but perhaps we should have listened! -RKO- #191 02-22-16
The Possible Outcome
If it’s Hillary and Trump, come November time, Trump wins very handily over Clinton’s slime. But, if she’s indicted, it’s a whole new journey! “Socialist vs. Billionaire” gives the ‘win’ to Bernie! Stronger wisdom dictates Trump would pummel Bern. But, of those two candidates, voters might discern Bern to be the “lesser” of what would be “two evils”; they might think that Sanders will be closer to the people! Then there are the ‘smoking guns’: Uncle Joe and Michael. If they jump into the fray, it’s a whole new cycle! -RKO- #190 02-21-16
And the winners are…..
We have the winners to no one’s surprise. Now it’s gonna be up to the other guys to prove to the voters that they have the clout to stay in the race or get the hell out! For Marco or Ted or Bernie, it’s clear: they still have some skin in the game, but we hear that Jeb! has suspended his failing campaign. Might Carson and Kasich both do the same? -RKO- #189 02-20-16
